collection of industry experts that offer a
comprehensive suite of Digital Signage services,
specialising in Content Management, Ingest and
Distribution.
Innov8 Solutions provides a range of services to
address the needs of large networks of "out of home"
advertising displays that influence purchase
behaviour via a centrally controlled network of
verifiable displays. Innov8 Solutions provides a
proven end-to-end management service that enables
these networks to Operate more inexpensively than
competing companies, with greater ease and
flexibility, with complete central control and
accountability, while generating greater revenues
and increased sales for clients.
Through many years of collective
experience, the management of Innov8 has developed a
series of procedures and programmes that facilitate
the effective management of content to a plethora of
devices situated around the world. Most of the
networks managed by Innov8 have very demanding
programming requirements whilst always retaining the
need to mitigate content distribution costs. Innov8
has refined and developing its’ management tools to
ensure that “store and forward” programming appears

The Team
Phil Austin
Phil Austin founded Innov8 after many
years of developing networks in several continents.
Phil’s background was in the Audio Visual and
satellite industries during which time he developed
and advised on numerous networks. Some of Phil’s
projects include:
Homebase BTV network -
Phil was retained to redesign the existing
BTV network.
Yates
Wine Lodge 1884 Network
- Phil
had initial responsibility for Concept and network
development.
Ignite/Translucis -
Phil had direct involvement in the concept
development; network design, implementation and
subsequent network roll out.
Interlotto -
UK pub based lottery TV network. Responsibility for
network design, specification and integration of
Captive Audience TV network within Lottery network.
HealthTrack Media
- 1200 site GP network. Phil helped develop and
establish the technology requirements including
network/application design and implementation.
Jewson Graham TV -
Phil developed and implemented a 550 site front and
back office BTV and B2B captive TV network into
Jewson and Graham branches across the UK and
Ireland.
ASDA Colleagues TV -
Phil
assisted in the concept development for ASDA
including network design.
Retail Media Networks -
Worked on the technical development plan to
establish technology requirements resulting in
initiative being adopted for subsequent Mc Kinsey
implementation into US convenience store chain.
Tesco -
Phil has been involved from the start of the project
and has been instrumental in the development and
interaction with the client team to establish
technology requirements to support and deliver
turnkey solution

Chris Stanley
As Innov8 Technical Solutions Consultant, Chris
Stanley is helping shape the development and growth
of Digital Signage Networks and Content Management
services that Innov8 Solutions offers to Global
Digital Signage Market. His exceptional industry and
network experience is driving the development of
many exciting new opportunities.
Chris is an experienced and
successful pre/post sales professional with many
years experience across the IT, Internet and media
industries. His Initial grounding was in Network
Engineering for large Satellite Communication
Networks, then pre/post sales support and major
account development in the European Satellite
industry with Hughes Network Systems. He has spent
the last fifteen years in various telecommunication
positions ranging from European Network Support to
Technical Lead on UK and European large Corporate
and Digital Signage networks.

Graham Smith
Graham
Smith has over 20 years experience in IT, and nearly
a decade in digital signage. His working experiences
range from IT engineering, Technology consultant, UK
IT Manager for the largest AV/IT Company in Europe,
through to running his own company specialising in
digital signage and AV/IT. Graham not only has
worked closely with end users, system integrators,
and solution providers, but also manufacturers. With
this experience it did not take long for him to be
considered one of the leading technical people for
Digital Signage systems in the UK.
If you
have seen a professional digital signage network in
a public place, the chances are Graham has had some
hand in it. Whether it is from a consultancy basis,
supply, script writing, or content provision,
through his own company, or another solutions
provider who utilised his expertise. Now at Innov8,
his skill set and experiences are part of a team,
which together give Innov8 the unique edge of fully
understanding all of the aspects required in making
a successful digital signage network, from first
concept, through design, network infrastructure,
implementation, maintenance and management. Graham's
responsibilities for Innov8 include running the
business operation, managing the networks that it is
responsible for, and performing technical
consultancy on system design.

Chris Heap
As Commercial Manager for Innov8, Chris brings to
the business over 10 years of commercial, marketing
and media development experience for a range of
brands including Sainsbury’s, Viacom, DMX Music and How and Why,
Instrumental Media Groups strategic consultancy.
With over 8 years
experience in the in-store marketing sector,
specifically Retail Radio and Digital Signage
Networks, Chris has contributed to and managed
business feasibility studies, media development &
customer research programmes for clients and media
planning & buying agencies for networks including
Tesco TV (FMCG Retail, UK), The Mall Corporation
(Community Shopping Centers, UK) and Life Channel
(Doctors’ Surgeries, UK).
Chris’s key focus is
managing and developing Innov8’s commercial
opportunities, its product & service offerings and
to ensure value is added to all work undertaken on
behalf of a client or partner. His experience in
developing digital signage networks from concept to
delivery can also be brought to bear on all digital
signage-related initiatives.
Chris has worked on a
variety of award winning campaigns, contributing to
the Shell Optimax cross-media campaign (Winner of
the Marketing Society Awards 'New Brand of the year
2002'), and Campaign Magazine's coveted 'Media Brand
of the Year', won by Viacom Outdoor in 1998.
Chris is a member of
the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and holds
a BA (Hons) in Consumer Psychology from the
University of Bristol.

Begona Rascon
Begońa Rascon is a Network
Consultant at Innov8 Solutions, and holds a
Master and Honours Degree in Telecommunication
Engineering from the University of Seville in
Spain. In addition she is a certified
Checkpoint CCSA and CCSE. She has 7 years
experience in the telecommunications industry,
prior to joining Innov8 Solutions she worked for
Siemens-Spain in processes automation,
programming and training to program logical
controllers, after what she started to work for
the satellite information communications
technology giant HUGHES NETWORK SYSTEMS Europe (HNSE),
in broadband IP hubs in UK and Germany,
providing network and technical support for
broadcast of content delivery solutions and
broadband Internet access for customers in
Europe and Middle East (EMEA). Begońa has also
worked as consultant in Spain and Switzerland
for major Satellite Communication Operators,
installing and configuring HNS Broadband hubs
and providing system operation training.
